Basic hotel services:

The all-time room rate includes accommodation and buffet breakfast. For group bookings, please contact our colleagues.


Buffet breakfast is available in the breakfast room next to the hotel reception from 7:00 to 9:30 AM.


The tourist tax is HUF 400 /person/night and it is compulsory for all guests above 18.

Single-bed accommodation:

In the event of single-bed occupancy 70% of the double-bed occupancy rate shall be calculated.

Arrival, departure:

Our rooms can be occupied between 14:00 and 18:00 on the day of arrival. If you are unable to check-in at the hotel reception before 18:00, please let us know as soon as possible. In case of failure to inform us or to contact us, the hotel reserves the right to resell the vacant hotel room after 18:00.

On the day of departure, please check out and settle your room bill by 10:30.

If the room you have booked is available earlier, you may be able to collect your room card free of charge at an earlier time, after prior consultation with the reception. Later check-out is also possible after consultation with the reception staff and at an extra charge. Planned early check-in is only possible depending on available capacity, which is also subject to a surcharge. Please contact the hotel reception for more information about early check-in and late check-out rates.


Our hotel has 3 floors and therefore there is a central lift located for the convenience of our guests.


Bathrobes can be requested at the reception and will be added to your room bill (HUF 1000). Please leave the bathrobes in the room on the day of your departure. If the bathrobes are lost or returned in a condition unsuitable for further use, they will be charged for in their gross value (HUF 11.500).

Found objects:

Please contact the reception, if you lose anything during your stay or forget something at the hotel after you departure. Lost property will be kept for a period of one year, such objects and can be sent via post on request using the official postal rates.

Key card:

The doors and power supply of the guest rooms and the main entrance between 22:00 and 6:00 can be operated via a key card from the arrival until 10:30 on the day of departure. All key cards must be handed over at the reception upon departure, otherwise a charge of HUF 3.000/card will be added.

Bath entrance fee:

Wristwatches with a chip required to use the services of Kecskemét Baths can be purchased at the hotel reception


You can enjoy your buffet breakfast in the hotel’s breakfast room between 7:00 and 9:30. (For our hotel guests, by presenting their room card, they can enjoy dinner at a discount in the external restaurant of the spa.) However, we are unable to charge the price of the food and drinks consumed there to the room bill. In all cases, consumption must be arranged on site.

Vending machines:

Guests may purchase fresh drinks, snacks and coffee from our vending machines located next to our reception.

Daily cleaning:

During your stay at the hotel, the hotel rooms will be cleaned every day, and bed linen and towels shall be changed in every 4th day. In case you do not wish to use the daily room cleaning service, please use the “Do not disturb” sign on your door. If you would like to change your towels sooner, please throw them on the bathroom floor to indicate your need for a clean towel. Any towels left on the rack or towel dryer will not be replaced by our chambermaids.


A few steps away, in the building of the Kecskemét Baths, you may find the AquaBody Fitness gym, where we can also offer discounted tickets to our hotel guests.

Swimming equipment shop:

In the event you happen to leave your swimsuit or slippers at home, you can buy the necessary accessories in the swim equipment shop located in the bath building.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation must always be communicated in written form to the service provider. If the booking was initiated via the hotel website, please kindly cancel your reservation by replying to the confirmation and, in case of reservations made through one of our online partners (such as,,, etc.), cancel the reservation on the respective booking platform.

The cancellation conditions apply to individual bookings.

  • An advanced payment of 20% of the room price is required to finalise your reservation.
  • Booked services can be cancelled free of charge one week prior to arrival.

Payment methods:

Guests may settle their room bill in the following ways:

  • cash;
  • by credit card;
  • via bank transfer in advance; and
  • SZÉP card.

In the event of cash payments we may accept HUF.
